What the register tells you

A fund approved by the Capital Markets Authority. You buy units in it and a manager invests the money for you.

The company meets the exchange's listing rules and files results publicly. Its shares can be bought and sold through any licensed stockbroker. It is not a promise that the terms are good ones.
